FAQs
1. I purchased a product. When will I receive it in the mail?
TYPEical Archive currently only offers digital downloads (whether it be stickers, tags, labels, prints, etc.). A digital product of your choice will be immediately available to download & print upon purchasing. A link to download your purchased file will also be sent to the email entered at checkout. Products may be printed at home or a printing center of your choice. 

2. The file I purchased isn't accessible. I can't open the file/certain parts of the file are not downloading correctly.
That's not cool! If your file is not downloading correctly, please get in touch with us using the "Contact Us" tab at the top of our website or send us an email at contact.typeicalarchive@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will send you a working replacement file of the exact same product you have purchased. 

3. If my file is not working, can I get a replacement in a different size or design?
If your file is not working, you will receive a replacement file of the exact same size and design you originally purchased. For example, you initially purchased a green kitchen label set in a 2" x 2" size. In the event that you receive a faulty file, you will be offered a replacement file for the green kitchen label set in the exact same 2" x 2" size. TYPEical Archive does not allow size or design swaps if you receive a faulty file. 

4. If my file is not working, can I get a refund for the file?
Due to the nature of digital downloads, NO refunds will be issued. If there is a circumstance where your file is not working or downloading properly, please contact us as soon as possible. We will be glad to send you a replacement file of the product you originally purchased. Additionally, if you're not sure whether you want to purchase a digital download, please take the time to think it through before making the purchase. TYPEical Archive cannot and will not issue refunds for digital downloads. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

5. My file is not working. How can I contact you?
You can contact us by emailing us at contact.typeicalarchive@gmail.com or by leaving us a message in the "Contact Us" form on the site ("Contact Us" form is located at the top of our website). 

6. How many attempts do I have to download my file?
You will have a maximum of 10 attempts to download the file. It is advised you save your files to a USB flash drive or external hard drive (or even just your device) in case you exceed the maximum allowance. From there, you can print as many times as you like!

7. Will my file come in one part or several parts?
Depending on the overall file size, your file could come in one part or several parts. If the file is on the larger side, the chances of your file being delivered to you in several parts is higher. Regardless, if your file does come in several parts, you will still have 10 chances to download each part. For instance, you purchased a file that has 5 parts to download and each are labeled with "1A," "1B," "1C," "1D," & "1E."  You will have 10 chances to download 1A, 10 chances to download 1B, 10 chances to download 1C, 10 chances to download 1D, and 10 chances to download 1E. All parts of the file will be delivered to you in entirety with the same number of download allowances for each part (of the file). 

8. Do you produce all of the elements within your designs?
We do not make the elements (graphics, shapes, fonts, etc.) used in our designs. Designs are created by TYPEical Archive but elements (graphics, shapes, fonts, etc.) are made by another digital design company that TYPEical Archive pays to use. We have licenses to use their elements and incorporate them (the elements) in line with their (the digital design company's) own internal policy. 

9. I showed my files/purchases to friends and family members and they asked whether I could send them the files. Is this allowed under your policy?
Per our policy, designs/files/downloads MAY NOT BE RESOLD, REDISTRIBUTED, RESHARED (INCLUDING FAMILY MEMBERS & FRIENDS), OR MODIFIED IN ANY WAY. We kindly ask you (as we ask you to do the same for other businesses) to respect our designs/property and the time and labor that went into making them. Instead of sending them the files, it would be greatly appreciated if you sent them a link to our site or the product. Thank you for your understanding!

10. Where can I view your store policies (Return Policy, Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, Do not share or sell my personal info, etc.)?
You can view all of our store policies (with links to each individual page) at the very bottom of our website. 

11. Do you sell your products internationally (outside of the US)?
Thank you so much for your interest! Currently (as of 11/20/2023), TYPEical Archive only sells in the US. We are working on the tax logistics to sell outside of the US and do sincerely apologize for the wait! We appreciate your patience & understanding!
